Bio

Hello! I was born in California, but I've also lived in Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Arizona, and now Washington! From 2014-2016, I worked as an instructional assistant in California for the Clovis Unified School District in one of their autism programs. It was during that time I discovered my love for working with kids, and a heart for speech and language. I decided to go back to school and pursue a bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I have been an SLPA for two years, and I'm happy to be a part of the Beautiful Autism team!

Education:

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders with teaching intent.

Bio

Hi! I was born in the Philippines but was raised in Vancouver, BC and Seattle, WA. I also lived in Fresno, CA and Albany, NY. I discovered my passion for working with children with ASD when I worked as an ABA therapist and during my undergraduate studies. I love to travel, eat (especially Korean fried chicken and boba), and powerlift!

Education:

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders and Deaf Studies at CSU, Fresno. I then moved to Albany, NY to pursue my Master of Science in Education in Communication Sciences and Disorders at The College of Saint Rose. During my graduate studies, I have been placed in numerous clinical practicums to broaden my experience across the lifespan and have worked with individuals with TBI, a developmental, or a behavioral diagnosis. I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis of ASD at Ball State University. Prior to entering my graduate studies, I’ve worked as an ABA therapist for four years. As such, I believe that a combination of SLP and ABA will truly promote communication growth! Everyone deserves to have meaningful interactions and I am excited to be a part of your journey!
