Patrick Edwards - MA Leadership, Pastoral Counselor, Cert. Right Response Advanced Trainer
- Chief Operations Officer
A PAC-NW native I enjoy everything from the mountains to the sea. I have an AWESOME son and beautiful wife. I have many hobbies and not enough time to do them. Having a son on the spectrum has challenged me to not focus on who I want him to grow up to be but to help him become who he is going to be. I find the most joy in my work when I can help others find hope in the midst of their struggles.
I have a BS in Religion from Liberty University and a Masters in Leadership from Denver Seminary. I Serve as the Lead Pastor at a local church and provide Pastoral Counseling. I have served in youth camping ministry and as a youth pastor, mentoring middle and high school students. I have worked in leadership in large companies such at Coca-Cola, Rite Aid, and Costco.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I was born and raised in Arlington, Washington. I married the love of my life in 2011 and together we have four amazing but crazy kids. As a family we are constantly on the go and love to hike and explore all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. My life goal is to be the best role model for my children and to help them grow into the best versions of themselves. Working for Beautiful Autism has been an amazing blessing and I have enjoyed getting to meet each client we provide services to.
I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for over 10 years and decided in 2018 it was a time for a change. In 2018, I accepted a job at Home Instead Senior Care as their Service Coordinator and worked for just shy of a year coordinating schedules for clients and caregivers. Though I found joy in the puzzle of scheduling it was not my true passion and, in the fall of 2019, I accepted this position at Beautiful Autism. Through this position I have been able to get back to my passion of helping others and expanding my knowledge in scheduling and billing.
